Prompt Education makes every effort to ensure that you are purchasing the right product for you and quality is always forefront of mind. That said, sometimes things don’t always go exactly to plan. So here’s how we can support you to ensure that your purchase is satisfying.
WHAT can be returned?
Prompt Education provides sensory and support resources that are often designed for things that mean, for hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns. Purchases like Chew toys, or hygiene related products cannot be returned for any reason other than where the product is defective.
Unfortunately, Prompt Education cannot refund for reason of change of mind.
Prompt Education offers customers the ability to purchase using funding provided by the NDIS. When using NDIS, Prompt Education must work within the constraints of the service, however will work with you on a case by case basis to ensure the best outcome for you!
WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Prompt Education will warrant products against manufacture defects for a period of 40 days from date of purchase.
WHERE do items need to be returned to?
Please contact Prompt Education regarding your desire to return any product BEFORE shipping. Any products returned without prior approval will not be warranted.
HOW to return items?
Once we have confirmed your claim and provided a return authority, products should be returned to our Resource Centre at 2a/346 Manns Road, WEST GOSFORD NSW 2250.
DO NOT Return your goods without a return authorisation or we will be unable to process your warranty claim.
